Each session will be 55 minutes long and requires a 12-week commitment to start (session by session afterward).

During these sessions, we will work together to outline a clear process to support you and your goals while providing sustainable take-home practice tasks.
Coaching & Communication Tools
I’ll provide tools so you can easily keep track of your assignments, progress, and information.
Outside of the sessions, we can connect for support using Voxer to share updates and feedback on how you are applying your strategies. (no additional fees for support)

Welcome
Checking in since we last met (what has changed + wins)?
Outlining what you want to focus on / key objectives (what do you want to achieve from today’s session - working together to set an outcome for the session)
Plan and strategize (change work)
Wrap up and take home tasks for next session
In each session, we will work together on outlining a key challenge ( such as organization, attention, managing emotions, auditory processing and memory, multitasking, etc.) and strategies that can support your daily abilities to overcome the challenge. We will also discuss the whole body in relation to the challenges you are experiencing and areas in which you can support your overall well-being.
